What is the best way to provide grocery delivery service so the store, customer, & I am saving/making money?

How do I present grocery stores with the idea of delivering their food? Customers unable to grocery shop, ie. elderly, disabled, busy people, etc. And how do I make money doing this? I live in a smaller town, approx 20K. Since I'm disabled, do I approach them personally? Do I send flyers to the stores, etc. And how much do I pay my drivers, while still producting a profit? What pitfalls do I need to watch out for? Who do I talk to that is making a success doing the same thing?

1. Start a small call centre of your own and advertise the number for the incomming calls and accept the orders on net as well!! Tie up with some big stores and slowly gradually start this to make your own grocerrray store
